Cancellation Policy
All class purchases and class package purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable. Due to privacy concerns, zoom recordings are not sent for missed zoom classes. LIVEABILITY Yoga, Fitness, Wellness LLC has a minimum 2 hour cancellation policy for all virtual classes: Class bookings must be cancelled at least 2 hours before the start of class or class will be forfeited without refund or credit. If using a class from a class package and cancellation does not meet the 2 hour minimum cancellation policy, 1 class will be deducted from package and class will be forfeited without refund or credit. If using a drop-in class pass and 2 hour cancellation policy is not met, class will be forfeited without refund or credit given. This same policy applies to "no-shows." No refunds or credits given. If using a unlimited monthly virtual class pass and 2 hour cancellation policy is not met, a $5 late cancellation fee or no-show fee will charged to your account. *All bookings must be cancelled at least 2 hours before start time of class to receive a credit towards a future class. If minimum 2 hour cancellation policy is met, class will remain in your account as credit towards future class. No refunds are given for class packages or drop-in classes. *For private sessions: 2 hour cancellation policy applies. If cancellation does not meet the 2 hour required time period, a $25 cancellation fee will be charged and deducted from the pre-paid private session. Remaining amount will remain as a credit towards a future private session. No refunds.
